Woman
Before you were anyone’s wife, mother, boss or friend, you were a woman. She was there first. With every role added since, she gets benched a little further.
A self-guided program
A private, self-paced support space you work through in your own time.
Somewhere along the way, you got buried beneath the competing functions and titles.
Three steps. None of them involve waiting for an appointment.
It goes on your phone and it is there the same night. Nothing to book, no waiting list, no one to sit opposite.
19 of them, each with audio to listen to and questions to write on. You go in order, at whatever pace your week allows.
It stays on your phone. A module you answered one way in March can read very differently in October.
Lifetime access, so you can go back to any of it later.
Work, the kids, your relationship, your own head. None of it stops long enough for you to think.
A weekly appointment has never fit your week. You still want something with a shape to it, not another book you leave at chapter three.
Not the version of you that holds it together at work and at the school gate. Somewhere you can put down what you actually think.
You can hold all of them at once. Keeping hold of yourself while you do it is the harder part.
You are not in crisis. You just know there is something worth looking at, and you would rather look at it now than in five years.
You are not. I have had a version of this same conversation in the counselling room for 15 years, with women who each believed they were the only one having it.
Three roles, and the program takes them one at a time.
Before you were anyone’s wife, mother, boss or friend, you were a woman. She was there first. With every role added since, she gets benched a little further.
You said yes at a particular age, in a particular season. Both of you have changed since then. That is not a failure of the marriage, it is just what time does to two people.
The greatest role and the hardest, often in the same hour. All the books and apps in the world do not prepare you for the highs or the lows.
Over the years in the counselling room, I found myself returning to the same question, time and time again. Are we talking about the woman, the wife, or the mother in this story?
Women often share the same experiences. Challenges tied to identity, relationships, family and self-worth. Those stories are rarely said out loud.
I have been counselling for 15 years. 360 Woman came out of those conversations, so that the work does not have to start with finding an appointment.
This app made me pause in ways I didn’t know I needed. It’s been both confronting and deeply comforting. I feel more connected to myself than I have in years.
Every module made me think more honestly about my roles, my patterns, and how I show up in life. It challenged me—but in the most nurturing way. It’s not just an app—it’s a mirror and a lifeline.
Using this app has been unexpectedly enriching. The exercises opened up emotional layers I usually avoid, yet I never felt alone in it.
No, and I want to be straight about that. This is a self-guided program. It is not therapy, and it does not replace working with a professional.
What it gives you is structure. 19 modules and 70 minutes of audio, worked through at whatever pace suits you. Some women use it between counselling sessions. Others use it alongside one.
If you are struggling badly right now, please speak to your GP or a registered counsellor. This sits beside that kind of care, never in place of it.
No. The program is built around three roles, woman, wife and mother, and you do not need to be living all three. The woman section stands on its own, and plenty of what sits under wife applies to any long relationship.
As often as suits you. There is no schedule, nothing expires and nothing is marked. A module a week gives it a rhythm. Opening it only when something has come up and you want to think it through properly works just as well.
What you write in the exercises is yours. It is there for you to look back on later, not for anyone else to read.
It waits for you. There is no cohort to join and no start date to miss.
